After the submission of your registration form, a confirmation mail will immediately be sent to you. If the confirmation email does not reach you within 2 minutes from the time of your registering in our site, there are three prime and possible reasons for this:
(1) Email address being entered incorrectly by you.
(2) The confirmation email sent by us was probably taken as spam by your Mail server, blocking it from getting to your mailbox.
(3) The confirmation email getting labeled as Junk/Spam by your mailbox, and getting forwarded to the Junk/Spam/Trash folder automatically.
We request you to try out the remedies that are given below in diagnosing the problem:
- Give a check to the Junk/Spam/Trash folders, and check if the confirmation email had been redirected to these folders from the inbox.
- Try again to get registered with our site with the right email address. If on the previous occasion of registering, an incorrect email address had been entered, the re-registration can be done with the correct email address.
- If all of these remedies fail, send a blank email to admin@123peppy.com from your email address, and with the subject denoting 'Account Activation'. The review of your case will be done by us, and we will be assisting in activating your account in .com. For our contact details, click here.
